Muhammadi Foundation takes in children who have lost a father, in Islamabad. We give them somewhere to live, a school to go to, food, medical care, and adults who turn up. Right now we are building a home for orphan girls, and it is not finished.

For a child who has lost a father, that burden is not a figure of speech. It is school fees, rent, medicine, and a mother managing all three alone. You can help carry it.
Who we are
An embrace, not an institution
Our work runs under one name: Muhammadi Aghosh. Aghosh means an embrace. Not a shelter, not a facility, not a programme. That word was chosen deliberately, and it sets the standard we are held to.
A child who comes to us is not a case file. They are fed, sent to school, treated when they are ill, clothed for the season, and raised with the dignity any family would want for their own. Our doors do not keep office hours.
Look at our logo and you will see the whole idea: a house, with a child under its roof, held up from below by two open hands. The hands are yours.

Parsa Home
A home for girls who have lost their father. Somewhere they are safe, schooled, and nobody’s burden.
An orphaned girl in Pakistan faces risks an orphaned boy often does not: taken out of school, married early, or quietly made to disappear into someone else’s household. Parsa Home removes those risks by giving her a permanent place to live, her own education, and adults answerable for her safety.
Admissions are open for 2026, for girls aged five to eight. There is no fee at any stage.

These photographs were taken on site in Islamabad. The ground is dug, the foundations are poured, and the steel is standing. What happens next depends on what comes in.
Giving to a building is sadaqah jariyah — charity that keeps working after you have stopped. These walls will shelter girls for decades, long after everyone who paid for them has gone.

Looking for a place for your daughter?
If you are a mother or guardian raising a girl who has lost her father, Parsa Home is taking admissions for 2026. She must be between five and eight years old. Everything — living, school, food, clothes, medical care — is free.
What to bring with you
- The father's death certificate
- A copy of the mother's CNIC
- The child's B-Form, issued by NADRA
Photographs of these are enough to start the conversation. You do not need to travel with the originals.
